Check-in – 1:00pm to 7:00pm. Please call if later than scheduled arrival

Very Late Check-in – To ensure the comfort and safety to other guests, no check-ins after 9:00pm without prior arrangements – $15.00 fee

Check-out – 11:00am unless otherwise arranged with host.

Food Service – Breakfast served 7:00am to 10:00am in dining room or garden (weather permitting)

Parking – The inn does not charge for parking. There is ample on street parking in front of the inn.

Payment – Due on Check-in (credit card-pre-approved)

Refunds – There is a liberal refund policy. If you cancel or change your reservation at least 3 days or more prior to 6pm on each date you have reserved, there will be a full refund of your deposit. When canceling a group reservation of three or more rooms, 14 days notice is required for full refund.

Smoking is NOT allowed in any of the suites, however smoking is allowed in the garden area or on the outdoor balconies. $200.00 surcharge will be charged for guests or their invitees smoking in any of the suites or for damages to any of the suites. Additionally, if anything other than regular cleanup is needed, $50.00 per hour housekeeping charges will be charged to your credit card.

Children in the third floor unit must be 12 or older.

We have the right to refuse our services or lodging to anyone at anytime.

Any Damages to accommodations will be charged to the guest's credit card. If there is damage or anything is missing from the unit, we will set the price of the missing or damaged object or necessary repairs and will bill your credit card accordingly. John Walters House retains the right to check the premises for extra unregistered guests in units that allow more than two people. Damage to whirlpool by adding bubble bath, etc. will be an automatic $200.00 charge.
